Before the exam:

• Review the candidate rules before the exam so you know what to expect.
• Install Google Meet on your smartphone so you have it ready to go.
• Think upfront about a good spot to put your smartphone, where the phone can see you and your screen during the whole exam.

At the time of the exam:

• After selecting IBERA (selection of organization) you end up in a chatroom.
• Enter your name, organization, exam, and e-mail.
• You then ask for contact with a proctor who will respond and guide you through the process.
• Finding a browser that allows the Proctor to see you through your computer screen within your company’s blocks may take some time.

The general look and feel of the exam:

• All questions are multiple-choice with one correct answer.
• The figures and tables will be to the left of the question, some tables are embedded in the question.
• You can mark questions and come back to them later.
• The calculator opens easily and can be left open the whole time – it is a simple calculator. There are no questions that require a calculator.
• You may have a sheet of blank paper during the exam for your use.
