The exam question database was created following a process of extensive review of draft questions. Writers attended training on best practices in question development. Each draft question was reviewed sequentially by two other writers. Questions were then reviewed during an on-line workshop and modified as needed. Following creation of the database, questions selected for the exam were reviewed for form, consistency, accuracy and appropriateness to domain.
